Delete Your Account
Kith Rabbit, by Haah, Inc. — last updated July 14, 2026
You can delete your Kith Rabbit account, and everything it holds, at any time — directly from inside the app. There is no form to fill out and nothing to email us.
Delete it from the app
- Open Kith Rabbit on your phone or Mac.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are erased immediately, and you're signed out.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to start fresh without losing your account, use Reset & start over instead — it clears your conversations and graph but keeps your sign-in.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, right away:
- Your profile — name, username, photo, and everything Kith knows about you.
- Your entire knowledge graph — every person, place, company, and note you added.
- All of your conversations and the messages you sent.
- Your account avatar and any linked sign-in (Apple or Google).
- Your connections, endorsements, and any communities you own.
- The block list you keep.
What is kept, and why
A few things intentionally survive account deletion:
- Messages other people received. Like any messenger, a message you sent to someone else lives in their copy of the conversation. Deleting your account doesn't reach into other people's chats — those copies are theirs to keep or delete.
- Safety and moderation records. If you were reported or took a moderation action, a minimal record is retained to keep the service safe and to meet legal obligations. It is not used for any other purpose.
- Server logs. Routine operational logs roll off on their own within about 30 days.
No account, or can't sign in?
If you can't reach the in-app button — you've lost access to your device or sign-in — email us at privacy@haah.ing from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you. We may ask you to confirm ownership first.
